PAYMENT
Purchases on the website are handled by Paypal and Stripe Merchant Services these incur a 3.3% surcharge. Purchases made in store are invoiced and are to be paid for by bank transfer. For shipping destinations within the EU, Swedish VAT of 25% is included. Purchases outside Europe prices are shown excl. VAT and local custom fees. Please check with your country’s customs for information regarding this. Your order will be charged in EUR and your bank will convert it to your currency using their exchange rates, prices may vary dependent on currency rates.

We ship worldwide at no extra cost.
Delivery time to Sweden is 2-4 business days, Scandinavia 4-7 business days, Europe 4-14 business days and Outside Europe 4-14 business days. The delivery time is excluding production time, Products are produced to order. Hargreaves Stockholm AB's jewellery is handcrafted; manufacture time is approx. 4-8 weeks dependent upon complexity and quantity of other pending orders.
All orders are sent via insured mail. We are currently evaluating which partners we will work with- POSTNORD/DHL/FEDEX/UPS.
If the package is not picked up, the Customer will be charged 350 SEK for freight and handling costs. This fee will not be paid back, it will be deducted from the Customer's payment.
RETURNS
Commissioned/Bespoke orders are NON-REFUNDABLE, under any circumstances. Bespoke orders also include any changes to our standard products, including but not limited to personalised stone layouts, engraving and custom sizes. A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required before work commences on your order.
All sales are final and NON-REFUNDABLE as each piece is made individually to order,
You have the right to cancel your order at any time, however, Hargreaves Stockholm reserves the right to retain a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit or the cost of the materials and labour whichever is greater on ordered items.
GUARANTEE
Hargreaves Stockholm guarantees that your bespoke jewellery is free from defects in materials and workmanship. We provide a warranty against such defects for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
This guarantee does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper handling, or negligence. It also excludes normal wear and tear, such as scratches or loss of gemstones due to daily use.
To avail of the warranty, please retain your purchase receipt as proof of purchase. In the event of a defect covered by this guarantee, we will repair or replace the item, at our discretion, free of charge.
Please note that modifications or alterations made to the jewellery by another party will void this warranty. Additionally, this guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
FORCE MAJEURE
Hargreaves Stockholm AB shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity, telephone or internet services.
In asserting Force Majeure as an excuse, Hargreaves Stockholm AB shall have the burden of proving that reasonable steps were taken (under the circumstances) to minimize delay or damages caused by foreseeable events, that all non-excused obligations were substantially fulfilled, and that the other Party was timely notified of the likelihood or actual occurrence which would justify such an assertion, so that other prudent precautions could be contemplated.
