PAYMENT

Purchases on the website are handled by Paypal and Stripe Merchant Services these incur a 3.3% surcharge. Purchases made in store are invoiced and are to be paid for by bank transfer. For shipping destinations within the EU, Swedish VAT of 25% is included. 
Purchases outside Europe prices are shown excl. VAT and local custom fees. Please check with your country’s customs for information regarding this. Your order will be charged in EUR and your bank will convert it to your currency using their exchange rates, prices may vary dependent on currency rates.

We ship worldwide at no extra cost.

Delivery time to Sweden is 2-4 business days, Scandinavia 4-7 business days, Europe 4-14 business days and Outside Europe 4-14 business days. The delivery time is excluding production time, Products are produced to order. Hargreaves Stockholm AB's jewellery is handcrafted; manufacture time is approx. 4-8 weeks dependent upon complexity and quantity of other pending orders.

All orders are sent via insured mail. We are currently evaluating which partners we will work with- POSTNORD/DHL/FEDEX/UPS. 

If the package is not picked up, the Customer will be charged 350 SEK for freight and handling costs. This fee will not be paid back, it will be deducted from the Customer's payment.
